Statutory Inspection & Load Testing of Lifting Equipment
Our Registered Lifting Machinery Inspectors will assist customers with the following:
- 6 Monthly compulsory inspections on Lifting Machinery as per the Driven Machinery Regulation 18(6) of the OHS Act.
- Recording Service History & Service Data findings in an on site Lifting Machinery Register as for the OHS Act above.
- Annual Performance testing of Lifting machinery and related equipment. Data recorded into the Lifting Machinery
- Registers as per the Driven Machinery Regulation 18 (5).
How We Work
Our Specialtiy
- Precision surface grinding.
- Turning, screw cutting, bushes, shafts & tie rods (up to 3 meters).
- Conveyor pulleys, rollers, brackets & idlers (manufacture & repair).
- Repairs to hydraulic systems & equipment (on & off sites).
- Hydraulic cylinders (manufacture & repairs)
- Honing of hydraulic cylinders.
- Industrial fans.
- General engineering (including pump & gearbox repairs).
- Screw conveyors (manufacturing & repairs).
- On-site maintenance and general repairs.
- Plant maintenance.
- Welding – specialized welding including stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and all grades of metal. We also do metal spray of earthmoving components.
Workshop Capabilities
Our workshop is equipped to handle manufacturing, repairs and refurbishment of industrial and lifting equipment. We operate with welding machines, cutting machines, boring machines, drills and saws, enabling us to deliver efficient turnaround times and high-quality workmanship.
